just realized i'm getting behind. a day slipped by me somewhere this week.

first time i've sketched two related comics. not my best, but with a sketch every day i can't expect to pull up gold all the time.

i saw a lot of ikea this weekend. so no surprise if these recent adventures to the land of yellow, wit, and blue display themselves in upcoming drawings.

i'm also now aware that i wrote "will" instead of "we'll" in the text of the bottom comic. whoops! not that that is something uncommon for me to do.

my friend kacie has the habit of leaving items like dinnerware teetering on the edge of surfaces, so to commemorate the second broken pint glass at my apartment in less then two weeks, maybe a week, i've produced the bottom of the two sketches.

i will admit to making the same mistake myself quite often, i just don't have a significant other to say i told ya so. and when that significant other is my roommate it makes these incidents all the more comical.

i'm feeling compressed between each day, slamming into the next while being pushed by things missed during the previous. luckily nothing of recent demands urgent attention, its more the poke of miscellaneous goals. two of which our my taxes and setting up an IRA.

i wish i was laying in the grass right now popping the heads off dandelions and spreading their seeds around an endless yard.

i can't believe i'm saying this, but it wouldn't hurt to have a rainy weekend, so i could motivate myself to get some things accomplished. oh well, its suppose to be wet sunday, lets see what happens.

i've been really excited about honey recently. regular sugar just can't beat out the complexity that honey brings to the table. here is to hoping we don't loose the bees cause there product is so perfect and the collapse of our buzzing friends would mean certain failure of the human race. just think who pollinates all that delicious food we love to eat.

i guess losing the bees really would be a "buzz kill". i had to say it and i'm not apologizing
