i've been really excited about honey recently. regular sugar just can't beat out the complexity that honey brings to the table. here is to hoping we don't loose the bees cause there product is so perfect and the collapse of our buzzing friends would mean certain failure of the human race. just think who pollinates all that delicious food we love to eat.

i guess losing the bees really would be a "buzz kill". i had to say it and i'm not apologizing
